How to request an appointment

- If you are pregnant, include your pregnancy week.
- If you have previous test reports, mention what they are; detailed medical records do not need to be sent simply to ask for an appointment.
- Confirm your preferred day and whether you need a Sunday appointment.
When a hospital emergency department is more appropriate
The private practice is not a hospital emergency department. Severe or rapidly worsening abdominal pain, heavy vaginal bleeding, fainting, severe shortness of breath, chest pain, seizures, major trauma or any potentially life-threatening situation should be assessed through emergency medical services or the nearest hospital emergency department.
